YK3118CNC型 高效数控滚齿机 HIGH EFFICIENCY CNC HOBBING MACHINE YK3118CNC高效数控滚齿机采用展成法原理，通过数控系统电子齿轮箱(EGB)功能， 实现分齿运动和差动补偿运动，能完成圆柱齿轮、斜齿轮、鼓形齿轮、蜗轮及花键 等齿的加工。本机床为高效数控滚齿机，非常适合于汽车、摩托车行业，减速机、 纺织机械、起重机械、机床等企业的齿轮大批量加工。 YK3118CNC Adopted with principle of generating method and CNC EGB function,to achieve gear rack movement and differential compensation,Y3120 CNC gear hobbing machine is a kind of high efficiency hobbing machine tool available to precisely produce Cylindrical gear,helical gear,drum gear,worm gear and spline etc.This model is widely applied for large production of small module gears in the motorcycle/auto,reducer motor,textile machinery,lift machinery and ,lathe machine tool etc.
主要特点MAIN FEATURES: 1、本机床为七轴四联动，七个数控轴为: A一滚刀架回转运动 B一滚刀主轴回转运动 C一工作台主轴箱回转运动 X一径向进给运动 Y一切向进给运动 Z一轴向进给运动 U-尾座顶尖运动 四个联动轴为:B轴、C轴、X轴、Z轴; 2、采用电子齿轮箱(EGB)实现分齿运动和差动补偿运动; 3、快退保护功能:在断电或发生故障按下急停时。同步快退让刀，避免损坏刀具; 4、具有故障诊断及报警显示功能; 5、具有二次切削对刀功能:在齿轮粗滚热处理后，精加工硬度HRC59°±2°的硬齿面加工; 6、工件主轴采用力矩电机直联驱动。并配置高精度的角度编码器，提高机床的运动精度，提高了零件的加工精度。 7、具有干、湿切功能:选用合适的滚刀可进行高速干式切削; 8、加工精度可达G B / T 10095.1-2008的6级，齿面粗糙度为Ra1.6μm。 1 ,This machine has seven axes and four linkages, and the seven CNC axes are: A axis:Hob shaft swivel B axis:Hob spindle swivel C axis:Table swivel X axis:Radial feed Y axis:Tangential feed Z axis:Axial feed U axis: Tail stock top movement The 4 linkage axes are:B,C,X, Z 2,Electronic gear box to achieve gear rack and differential compensation. 3,Backward protection function:when interruption of power or another kind of emergency, synchronously retreat knife for protection. 4,Software for fault diagnostics and alarm show. 5,Precise cutter setting in the second cutting after hear treat in initial hobbing,up to the hardness of HRC59°±2°. 6,Both the and the workpiece are directly driven by an electric spindle plus a torque motor. It is equipped with a high-precision angle encoder to improve the motion accuracy of the machine tool and the machining accuracy of the parts. 7,With dry and wet cutting functions: select suitable hobs for high-speed dry cutting 8,The machining accuracy can reach Grade 6 of G B/T 10095.1-2008, and the tooth surface roughness is Ra1.6μm.
